Mine has to be the maggot people in Spacehunter in the Forbidden Zone. You can see the zippers in the backs of the costumes. Those actors look like they're having a ball playing giant maggot people. Kind of like the giant padded sumo wrestler suits, I'd guess. They're supposed to be scary, and yes, they're freaky, but they're silly, too. I laugh at them every time I watch the movie.

I actually fell in love with Griffin in MIB 3. He had such a sweet nature, and the back of his head was really kind of scary.
