Lemon Ginger Fruit Salad Dressing
1 c. vanilla yogurt
1 T. candied ginger, chopped fine
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. lemon zest
1/8 t. cardamom
dash salt
Mix everything together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Stir well just before serving. Drizzle over fresh fruit salad when serving. Or use as a dip with fresh fruit.
